Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
No Availability for Chosen Dates If the hotel cannot confirm your booking because rooms are unavailable for the dates selected, you will receive a full refund.
Hotel Non‑Availability After Confirmation If a confirmed booking cannot be honored by the hotel due to overbooking or operational issues.
Service Discrepancy If the accommodation provided is materially different from what was confirmed (e.g., wrong room type).
Duplicate Payment If you are charged more than once for the same booking due to technical error.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
No‑Show: If you fail to check in without prior cancellation.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel after the hotel’s cancellation deadline.
Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via your booking confirmation page or by contacting our support team at admin@2harams.com.
Verification: Our team will liaise with the hotel to verify eligibility.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment source only.
If only part of the stay is affected (e.g., early check‑out due to service issues), partial refunds may be considered.
The refund amount will be calculated based on unused nights and hotel policies.
