Reservation Policy:

  • Guests must provide a deposit to secure a reservation.
  • For higher star hotels, reservation can only be confirmed with full payment.
  • Cancellation policies vary based on room type and rate plan.
  • Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
  • Acceptable forms of payment: Paypal, Visa Card, Mastercard, Bank wire transfer. cash
  • A security deposit may be required upon arrival.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.
